Vista - FolderShare acct disappeared?

Strange-- I've been using foldershare successfully on Mac and Windows for
over a year, but last week, it started prompting me to enter my password when
the app launched. Nothing works. I went to the web site, did "reset my
password" and while it seems to find my account ("ok, ___, we have found your
account and sent your new password to your email address, ___") I never
receive any email. Nothing in the spam folder, nothing in the junk folder.

Any suggestions how I can get my FolderShare back on track?! It's a little
ridiculous that I can't even log into the web site since it seems to have
"eaten" my login and won't give me a new pasword. Hmph.
