| | Account is missing? Hi, for some reason Foldershare stopped recognizing my account, so I go to the web site and pick "lost password" -- it says it is sending me my new password, but nothing shows up in my email. I am certain the problem is foldershare, as all my other email comes through, and yes, I'm scouring my spam folder like it's going out of style. (I am also pretty sure there's a problem with my account on that end because I've tried all my "standard" passwords, and none of them work, and I know my account was set up with one of them. Plus, of course, there's the fact that it just spontaneously stopped working after years of faithful service... ?!!) Please help! I can't sync with my business partner. I'd happily pay for support, or for the product, just need to get this fixed... thanks. |
