| | Does differential sync work in the updated foldershare??? I'm not sure I'm using the right word for the type of syncing where it only needs to send the changed portion of the file so I can sync an 800 MB PST file relatively quickly. This was a feature in FolderShare professional (or whatever the paid version was called) and has continued to work in version 2.5.9 all these years (but stopped working if you updated to version 2.5.10 -- the last version before this recent update). If I update will I still have that feature? Or will I lose it so that it again takes a very long time to sync an 800 MB file because it has to send the entire file, even the unchanged parts? Anyone know? |

| | RE: Does differential sync work in the updated foldershare??? I too would love this feature if it worked correctly. My PSTs take a while as well. But it would seem to me this would be hard to get right. | | RE: Does differential sync work in the updated foldershare??? It's not hard to get this right because FolderShare has had this functionality since 2005. I've been using it for PSTs for more than two years. It was in the paid version. When they made it a free beta they took the functionality out. But I haven't upgraded versions since 2005 and so I still have this functionality. And I guess I won't be upgrading because I don't want to lose it.
