FolderShare sync kills my Trusted Root Certificates

I have a SSL certificate for my Exchange mail server installed in my Trusted
Root Certificates. Anytime FolderShare syncs a file, it deletes my
certificate and I have to re-install it.

Has anyone else had this issue?

I am ONLY syncing Documents, Pictures, Favorites. All machines are Vista.
