Vista - foldershare.com - can't login - Sorry there was an unexpected erro

When I try to login to www.foldershare.com from any computer, I get the
message "Sorry there was an unexpected error" Is anyone else getting this?
our company has successfully used Foldershare for years so this is a new
occurrence for us.

Is there maintenance going on?

We had maintenance going on last night. Currently, the system is recovering
and a subset of users might experience delays in logging in.

Are you still seeing the error?

We are also incredibly frustrated. We wanted to sign up for a new account in
order to keep certain files to/from our staff from our main accounts and all

The 'create new account' ffeature in the FolderShare application does not
work too "Could not create your account-that nickname is already taken."
wtf? we tried extremely random user names/email and same message is popping
up.

Our current accounts work. It's setting up new accounts that fail.

Foldershare ROCKs but this is increasingly a frustration and if it does not
work for new users, then it fails to work as a whole for us.
