FolderShare services fully restored

Dear FolderShare users,

Earlier today our system experienced a minor network issue and a small
percentage of users encountered login difficulties. Our services have now
been fully restored and you should not experience any difficulties logging
in. Thank you for your patience.

Best,
Francisco

When can we have back the functionality that we have posted about in
so many of these post in this newsgroup..for example.. being able to
see the full path to the folders that are part of a library ? The
ability to see on one screen the libraries, what computers are in them
and the file counts for each ?

We keep hearing that our feedback is valuable, but as my girlfriend
sais when I don't buy her diamonds "I dont *feel* the love"

RE: FolderShare services fully restored

I am a FolderShare user and I have not been able to access my account for 3
weeks. I am very frustrated because I have absolutely no number that I can
contact. All I read is that FolderShare is back up and running fine. Is
there any help at all or do I have to let this keep on slowing me down?

Re: FolderShare services fully restored

Whenever I try to log into the account I get an error message that reads:

Sorry, there was an unexpected error. Please try again.
This is not a user error, my account login and password are correct.

I have been trying to log into my account and I can not manage any of my
computers. I have been trying to add folders to a new computer. Please Help!
