FolderShare service

Dear FolderShare users,

As previously posted on the website, FolderShare was experiencing some
network issues earlier today. We're working to resume normal service, in the
mean time, some users may experience issues signing in and syncing until the
issues are resolved.

Thank you and sorry for any inconvenience.

RE: FolderShare service

Anton,

Any further updates? I am still experiencing "Sorry, there was an
unexpected error. Please try again." messages on two of my foldershares.
Other folders seem uneffected. Are these symptoms related to the network
issues?

Re: FolderShare service

There are no known issues at this point. Are you still experiencing the
problem? If you do, can you please describe what you are attempting to
accomplish?

Thanks,
Anton

Re: FolderShare service

My Foldershare on an XP machine is just spinning its proverbial wheels in an
eternal state of "Logging in".

Re: FolderShare service

Hi Anton,

There are a number of things that I am trying to achieve.

Firstly - trying to log in is being a bit difficult. I get the "FolderShare
is currently experiencing network issues. We're working to resume normal
service. Some users may experience issues signing in and syncing until the
issues are resolved. "

Secondly - when i do log in - I have been trying to delete a library when
doing so it comes up with "Sorry, there was an unexpected error. Please try
again."

Thirdly - it seems as if I have lost access to a number of folders (they are
grey when looking at them in the task bar. When i click on these greyed-out
icons it takes me to the website where it go through the process of
relogging the library. It gets all the way through to the radio buttons
Automatic Sync, or Sync on demand. And no matter which button i press i get
a "Sorry, there was an unexpected error. Please try again."

Thanks for looking into it.

Brendon

It's over three hours since that statement. Is that really the best
information available? The web site say "network issues" and I can't make
a connection.

Re: FolderShare service

Dear FolderShare users,

As of 2:45PM (PDT) FolderShare is still currently experiencing network
issues. We're working to resume normal service. Some users may experience
issues signing in and syncing until the issues are resolved. We will make
an additional post as soon as the service is restored. Thank you for your
patience.

Best,
Francisco
