How secure is FolderShare

Hi, I am new to FolderShare and I love the interface and fuctionality.
However I am very concerned over security. Is it possible for other users to
see not obly the files or NAMES OF FILES, even this could be a big security
breach. Is there a way that foldershare can only see a named shared directory
and that only.

Cound someone fom Microsoft, please answer this.
Would be extremely helpful since there is NO information about it.
