| | Files won't transfer Hi, first of all I love Foldershare, I've used if for years without any trouble, until now that is. I have a Windows Vista, that shares a folder with three Macs and it works fine. A forth Mac that I just invited to a new folder, can receive all my files without any trouble, but files they place in the folder for me to pick up, only appear with a placeholder. They've been sitting there for days, but nothing happens, aside from "Receiveing" at 0% and "qued by server." Any suggestions/ideas as to what I can do to be able to download the files? As mentioned, the two-way transfer works great on all the other macs, except on the last one I just invited to join a new folder. Thanks! |

On the Windows version, that's: More|Settings|Transfers and clear the Encrypt checkbox. richi. www.richij.com |

| | Re: Files won't transfer You're lucky. After more than an hour, I'm still "logging in". I knew this would happen as soon as Microsoft officially attached their diseased name to it. |

| | Re: Files won't transfer This worked, but it is somewhat disconcerting to have to disable the encryption... | | Re: Files won't transfer If one is not sending confidential files it doesn't matter to have that setting on or off. The one thing I want to know is does this leave one's system vulnerable to any sort of hacking or what not?
