H E L P Can't remove previous version

Installing the upgrade and as it was removing the old version it crashed
keeps telling me that it can't remove the old version contact my technical
team! I have gone through with Regedit and rmoved all references to
Foldershare and also all references to it on the hard drive still the same.

Me too, on one of my machines. The Microsoft team addressed this issue
earlier with some instruction that did not work for me.

However, I discovered Revo Uninstaller, at www.revouninstaller.com --
this fixed the problem for me.

Thank you for your post.

Here is what you could try.
1. Download and install the cleanup utility from
http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;290301
2. Go to "C:\Program Files\Windows Installer Clean Up" and run the msicuu
cleanup application
3. You will see a window with all your installed applications. Select
ByteTaxi FolderShare
