Me too, on one of my machines. Revo Uninstaller --
www.revouninstaller.com -- fixed the problem for me.

Re: unable to uninstall

Hi,

Sorry for the last post. You can also try the clean up utility:

1. Download and install the cleanup utility from:
http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;290301
2. Go to "C:\Program Files\Windows Installer Clean Up" and run the msicuu
cleanup application
3. You will see a window with all your installed applications. Select
FolderShare.

Please let us know if this resolves the issue.

Best,
Francisco

Re: unable to uninstall

I saw this advice by you in an earlier post and it worked a treat. For others
who may also suffer a similar fate: the installer was used to remove a blank
line and Foldershare did not appear in the list!

Thanks again!

Re: unable to uninstall

What a slick tip. I had been troubleshooting this for several hours and your
"blank line" tip was priceless.

Re: unable to uninstall

Another Thank You for this. The "blank line" was my problem also. I would
never have thoguth this was FolderShare related. I used the utility and
removed the blank line and was able to install the latest version.

Re: unable to uninstall

Thanks for advice but no joy my end. Have tried MS install clean up utility
(no blank lines that I could see), revouninstaller found lots of foldershare
registry entries and uninstalled them but the came back again and not too
confident to delete them all again.

Did a system restore to prior to trying to update foldershare.

But still same message: older version of foldershare cannot be removed.

More help needed, please.

Thanks
