Can't install new version, help

Hi, I have a Windows XP computer with SP2 and was using Foldershare fine
until the upgrade came out.... and I can't get it to work.

I install it just fine, but then when I try to run it, I get this error
message:

"Windows Live FolderShare Beta has encountered a problem and needs to close.
We are sorry for the inconvenience."

The "error signature" details are:

AppName: foldershare.exe AppVer: 14.0.1331.415 ModName: foldershare.exe
ModVer: 14.0.1331.415 Offset: 000805c4

Any ideas on what I can do to get this to work?

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times with no luck.

Re: Can't install new version, help

Hi JD,

Sorry that FolderShare is crashing on you. In order to help with the
problem please follow these steps:

1) Sign in to FolderShare
2) When the error comes up please expand the "View Problem Details" section
3) Take a screenshot of the error and save it
4) Email the FolderShare logs AND image of the error to: fjgarciaa (at)
hotmail (dot) com

The FolderShare logs are located at:
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\FolderShare\logs

Thanks,
Francisco
