Vista - How much traffic does this tool use per month

Anyone know how much traffic is generated by running this tool.

If I have 1 file in a shared library how much data does it take to keep the
file synced per month?

traffic and usage depends on how much you change the file. it doesnt send
stuff that doesnt change. If you change a 1 gig file regularly its going to
eat up a lot of bandwidth. i know i have a huge music library on itunes, and
listen to music all day long so that file is constantly updating and being
sent between my desktop and laptop.

Hi Darrel

I am more interested in knowing what the background noise will consume in a
month. I understand if I do not change the file the file will not be
transmitted again,

There is obviously something polling the systems on a regular basis to see
what has changed if anything and I want to know how much polling is in effect.
