Most of the questions go unanswered, and the help pages of FS are less than helpful. Those rare questions that are answered don't provide much feedback either. Very poor product support. There are lots of free programs out there where the user forum is moderated by the experts and knowledgeable users as well. I just wish I didn't have to use this program for what I want to do. |
