I am looking for a suitable sync SW to allow me to sync some databases and
files across 2 small office locations. We only work in one office at a time.
Does FolderShare allow me to specify the synchronization to happen at a
specific time? I only want to have it take place early in the morning.
What encryption does FolderShare use?

No, FolderShare does not allow you to schedule sync's. FolderShare
automatically syncs files when machines are online and connected to
foldershare, and files have been changed. FolderShare uses SSL to encrypt
transfers.

http://www.goodsync.com/ may work for you depending on how you can "expose"
yopur information between the offices.
