Vista - server timeout

Good day to you

regardless of the foldershare maintenance that was going on, i am still not
able to log in. i have had this problem from the start when i first installed
foldershare.
it runs 100% on all of my other machines just not on this one.
Foldershare still not connecting to the server.

it keeps saying that the server response timed out
i don't run through a proxy on any of my machines and so thus is not an
issue on this machine.

The specs of the pc are as follows

WinXP Professional SP2
Intel core 2 duo e4500 2.2ghz
1.99gb ram

i do have the log files from this machine if needed.

Please if anyone could be of assistance with this regards and could let me
know, I would really appreciate your advice.
