Time Issue

First, let me say I love this program. I've been dreaming of something like
this for a long time and I've finally accidentally stumbled upon it!

My questions is in regards to the wrong time being shown when syncing on the
recipient PC.

In fact the hour is exactly one hour off. I've checked the time on both PC's
and they are set the same w/ the same timezones (EST). In order to give the
most concise description of the problem and avoid rambling, I will post an
example of the description, date and time shown in foldershare window from
both PCs.

Notice the 3:37:22 PM. Now when I reverse the roles and update a file from
Steve_PC, the hour shown from the changed time is an hour behind now. Here is
the log:

Here notice the changed by Steve_PC differences.

So, it seems the problem only happens with the receiving PC.

Is anyone else experiencing this, or is it just me?

Any help is appreciated. TIA.
