Vista - files not updating

hi there
i have loaded files on my one pc to foldershare and on my other pc i am
unable to view them as they appear to still be updating.

i have check that all fierwalls and antivirus applications are not blocking
traffic.
on the bottom left of the status a status screen it says that foldershare is
connected behind nat.
the foldershare connects to the server no problem on both machines.
and a lil more info, both machines are in the same office and off the same
router.

any ideas would be most appreciated.
