It would take only something really chap and simple, such as a retired old XP Home notebook connected at your home, to perform that function. Tony |

| | Re: Access File on both PC at the same time Thanks Tony, I got it working, but i found: PC1 - When X file is udpate - new file generate as X-PC1 (60mb) - the X file remain the same name (X only 56mb) PC2 - When X file is udpate - new file generate with X-PC2 (60mb) - the X file remain the same name (X only 56mb) How do we merge all the change from X-PC1 and X-PC2 into X the orginal file? Does Foldershare help me with the above senario? Can you suggest other alternative solution? Thanks million, "Anthony R. Any different approach would cause new changes to be deleted on synchronizing. Choose which is the best file and delete all others on both computers and allow that best file to become synchronised to the other computer. If you now modify that "best" file any on either computer then you MUST allow it first to become synchronised before making any further changes to that same filename on the other computer.
