Delete files on one PC without deleting them on another?

I would like to know if it is possible to use FolderShare so that files can
be deleted on one PC without being removed from another.

I have a desktop PC at home and an Asus EE PC laptop. I'm going away for two
months and was hoping to be able to place my files (photos etc) in the
library on the EEE and let them synchronise with my computer at home.

However the EEE Pc only has a 4GB drive, so I wanted to be able to delete
the files that had copied across without them being deleted at home, so I
could synchronise more. Is this possible?

No, if you delete files in a library on the eee and then re-synchronise
either the files will be replaced on the eee or else deleted on all other
computers sharing that library, depending on the permissions of the eee.

BTW an Asus eee can accept 16GB SDHC cards and a fast (Class 6) card of
that size should cost little more than around $30.

Thanks for your reply, I have about 13GB of SD/SDHC cards but I also wanted
my family to be able to see the photos i'd taken.

I've just remembered that if I delete the files from the Asus they are
deleted from the desktop library too, but put into the trash folder, so can
be saved from there. There isn't a limit of how many or how long they can be
in the trash folder?

No limit other than disk space. Note that the files in FS trash will be
disorganized into just one flat folder, so it may take time and effort if
you intend to restore them into their original folder organization.
