Vista - Hi all

I recently just purchased a new computer.. of course it came with vista, so im geting used to going from going xp > vista, it has its ups but also has its downs =p anyway my girl used to send me things through msn sharing folder, becuz she cant stay on long enough to do it through the chat window, so we just did sharing folder and eventualy let it transfer over time.

The problem im having now is that wen she sends me a file, it tells me its synching the file.. but its not sending it, its stuck at 0 perecent, does anyone know how to fix this? or possibly find another way to transfer large files?
