| | Can't synch My Documents, Pictures, etc? I have 2 machines that have FolderShare installed -- one is running XP SP3 and the other Vista SP1. For each maching, I created a personal library for My Documents/Documents, My Pictures/Pictures and Favorites. On the website I go to: {XP Machine's} My Documents library -> Synch with new computer -> Select Vista machine (which is online) The first 4 options, Documents, Music, Favorites, Pictures, are all grayed out. Why is it that I cannot select these options to synch between my 2 machines? Is it because they are different OS's? Or perhaps there is no user specified? I can't imagine that last being the reason because I was logged in as myself and selected the "My Documents" folder for that account (and not for my wife's, say). Am I doing something wrong? thnx, Christoph |

The best way to add the required folder correctly is to use the full folder path and not the 'Music' folder within the 'Document' folder. i.e. use 'c:\users\xxxx\Music' xxx being the username. I hope that helps? Craig |
