Vista - Error: Too many files

Foldershare wouldn't let me sync a folder full of pictures (56 gb worth),
giving me the error that there were too many files. Is there a limit on the
number of files for the program or is there something else at play?

Yes, there's a limit of 10,000 files. This seems to be a legacy feature from
before Microsoft acquired the program that Microsoft has not seen fit to
change. There's probably no reason to have this limitation - FS would be
much more useful if it weren't there.

Like it was already told the limit are 10,000 files and 10 shares. This
limit is a limit that existed before Microsoft aquired FolderShare. In
the time before you could pay for an account without these limits.

Since you can't pay for this account anymore it must be some politics
why this limit still exists. I guess they just want to keep this program
alive until live mesh is ready.
