Is foldershare down!?

Hello,

Is foldershare down because I have been having trouble with all my computer.
They say they are signing on and dont go past that. Is the service down?

RE: Is foldershare down!?

I have the same problem....so I guess it is....

I also noted that the app version they offer seems to be a little updated to
the one I have, wondering if that has anything to do with it and why my
system isn't automatically updating to the latest.....

RE: Is foldershare down!?

I have the same problem. I noticed this morning that the FolderShare
continued to have the status of 'Logging In'. I upgraded the s/w to the
latest version, but now am unable to log in with the upgraded software.

Microsoft FolderShare team: Please help us.

RE: Is foldershare down!?

It's not working for me either. I can't connect.

Is there any time frame on when this problem will be fixed?

RE: Is foldershare down!?

So shortly after replying Foldershare came online. And it was fine yesterday
(21st). But now this morning it seems down again, tries to log in, goes to
gray, goes back to the blue bullseye of death.....Any sense of what is
happening team? And thanks for the alert on the update and the inability to
log in. I guess I won't be updating ;-)

RE: Is foldershare down!?

Hi everyone,

I'm having a similar issue, I was able to sync between my PC's earlier
tonight and then restarted them. Now it's stuck in a loop asking for my
username and password, it then errors out saying to check my proxy - which
I'm not running one.

I can sign into the website (www.foldershare.com) but not into the
application on either of my computers.

Cheers ... Andrew

RE: Is foldershare down!?

I'm still unable to sign in ... did you just keep trying? Or did you
un-install and clean out everything and re-install it?

make some tea and came back and it was up. Still seems to be up as of
now...good luck!

RE: Is foldershare down!?

Down for me too, on both my computers - same prob, won't sign in. I e-mailed
support and got a form letter back about checking proxy settings, firewall,
etc. I've been using this for over a year without this issue, so it must be
something on their end.

Anyone have a suggestion?
