Vista - Help!can't get Foldershare to allow me to add a new computer!

I installed foldershare on a new computer, when I sign into my account it
allows me in but doesn't recongnize me as a new computer, its as if I am
signing in from a web page on a third party computer. Alternatively, it
shows me as a seperate coputer with the right name but I can't connect with
my other computers. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times
including after using revouninstall and windows uninstall (msicuu2.exe)
without any luck. Any ideas?
