Vista - Proxy not working

I need to connect through a proxy at work. It is HTTP with authentication. It
worked fine in Foldershare. I tried all settings, including the one that
says, "user browser settings". IE and Firefox both work fine when I have them
use my proxy info.

How do I get this to work through my proxy like Foldershare did?

To stop you bashing your head against the wall, in other places MS have
advised that at the moment, Live Sync does not support an authenticated
proxy. They say they are working on the issue. You'd have thunk that they
would have got that working before chopping us off.
