Why do you need Word?
Hit the Print Screen key (next to F12).
Open Paint (Programs, Accessories, Paint).
Edit, Paste.
Click on Select button (rectangle made of dashed lines).
Click on one corner of the wanted area.
Holding down the left mouse button, move the mouse to put the dashed
rectangle around the data area.
Edit, Cut.
File, New.
Click No to the Save question.
Edit, Paste.
File, Save As.
Put the file name in quotes.
