Vista - Login help

sorry if there is a different thread about this.
after completing downloads for windows sync i'm receiving a message
"the live id you entered doesn't exist of the password is invalid"
please help...thanks!

I suspect that your email address is not a LiveId account. Have you gone
through Live Id sign up with your email address? If not, start Sync and
click "Get a Windows Live ID" link in the sign in page which opens LiveId
sign up page where you can either get a new Live ID account, OR sign up your
existing email address as a LiveId account(click "use your own e-mail
address"). After complete signup, you should be able to sign in to Sync
with the account.

I had the same problem at work computer on Friday. Tried to CONNECT to my
server, was asked to log into LIVE, and then told my PW was incorrect. I
know the account was there. I just left for the day, though.
I can remote in to any other machine from any other machine.
