Vista - mail upload/download

mail upload/download

ever sincne I have installed my windows live client in my laptop I'm unable
to download mails with attachment. plain text mails are uploaded or
downloaded though with little hiccups. heavier mails are never downloaded,
withe the send/receive bar hungup for long time and finally fails with the
messege "your POP server has not repsponded in 60 sec. would you like to
wait for another 60 secs" after almost 15 mns. with error messege of "
Account: 'nmma.dataone.in', Server: 'nmma.dataone.in', Protocol: POP3, Port:
110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC19"
pls assist me in solving the issue

As a test, uninstall your antivirus program, then try WLM again.

I'm using windows vista business, and don't have any antivirus loaded. plz
assist me in how to go about?

If you don't have an antivirus program or other third party security program
installed, then I have no clue as to why your mail downloads would be so slow.
