You're welcome tg4423. Good on you for doing a search for the answer to your problem.

The current version of WLMail (2009 14.0.8064.0206) basically does an automatic repair/rebuild of the 'Quick views' database every five start-ups of WLMail.

However, fragile 'Quick views' does not seem to be a problem in this version.
