| | version/patch plans? After my own troubles trying to use WLM, and from what I've read on this group over the past month, seems to me 1606 is is need of a patch sooner rather than later. Anyone know of what the release/update plans are for WLM? I'm really trying to get it to work given the hotmail integration (I'm on vista), and I'm willing to tough it out a bit longer, provided this isn't considered a final release for the foreseeable future. Unfortunately if it is I'll need to look for a more reliable solution. |

I've had good success with Outlook and Outlook Connector but miss the true NNTP integration. I use an Outlook add-in "Newshound" for NNTP but still prefer reading news in WM, WLM or Tbird. |

| | Re: version/patch plans? We have no idea really, since the WLMail team has given us no hints. I suspect we will have to wait for the next build, which I expect to arrive in one or two months time. There could be new features in the next build, or it could just be a refined version of the current product (i.e. no bugs to speak of). We expect Windows Live Calendar integration at some stage, but since WLCalendar is still in beta we may have to wait a while (but it could all happen with the next release if WLCalendar is scheduled to come out of beta at the same time). All pure speculation of course. -- Cheers, Peter (Windows Vista Home Premium with Windows Live Mail 12.0.1606) "There are more things in Heaven and earth, Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophy." - Shakespeare --------------- "Tyrenta" <dougrentz@xxxxxx> wrote in message news:3b84908b-6d43-456b-a15b-77b8bd1729bc@xxxxxx Quote: > On Dec 7, 9:24 pm, "N.
