This only started happening recently. On my Vista PC, when I click on the top-most shortcut
labeled "E-mail Windows Live Mail" on the main Start menu, it brings up a Live Hotmail page:
http://login.live.com/login.srf?wa=wsignin1.0

The other WLM shortcuts, under Programs and on the QuickLaunch bar, work properly.
Anyone else seeing this? WLM is my default e-mail program.

Thanks. Something is not right on my PC. But I have bigger fish to fry
at the moment, so I'll live with it for now.

To follow up, I accidentally stumbled over the solution.
In Vista, Default Programs shows that WLM has 4 possible defaults,
and one of them, the Start Menu link, had come unglued. Once I
corrected that, it started working properly again.
