Missing folders

WLM updated itself and I no longer have my mail folders -> just the Outbox.
Any idea how to get back all my folders the way it used to be? I've tried
uninstalling/reinstalling but that didn't work. Using VISTA Business OS.

TIA!

Mike

Re: Missing folders

Hi Mike, are you saying your e-mail accounts are missing? (Tools->Accounts...) Did you have your Message Store in a location different to the default location? Your accounts are held in the Message Store (see: Tools->Options...->Advanced [tab]->Maintenance->Store Folder).

Re: Missing folders

Hi Peter,

No my account is there and, yes, the Message Store is in the default
location. However, looking in that folder, there are no folders for Inbox and
all of the other ones I am missing. Based on some other posts I see, this is
a common problem that just started happening. I tried adding the folders
myself but no effect. I can't even tell it to check for messages.

Re: Missing folders

Okay, scratch that. Even though I am logging into my account and all my
information shows correctly, I added my account again and all is back - go
figure!

Thanks for the help Peter!
