| | Missing folders WLM updated itself and I no longer have my mail folders -> just the Outbox. Any idea how to get back all my folders the way it used to be? I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling but that didn't work. Using VISTA Business OS. TIA! Mike |

| | Re: Missing folders Hi Mike, are you saying your e-mail accounts are missing? (Tools->Accounts...) Did you have your Message Store in a location different to the default location? However, looking in that folder, there are no folders for Inbox and all of the other ones I am missing. Based on some other posts I see, this is a common problem that just started happening.
