| | Missing folders WLM updated itself and I no longer have my mail folders -> just the Outbox. Any idea how to get back all my folders the way it used to be? I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling but that didn't work. Using VISTA Business OS. TIA! Mike |

| | Re: Missing folders Hi Mike, are you saying your e-mail accounts are missing? (Tools->Accounts...) Did you have your Message Store in a location different to the default location? Your accounts are held in the Message Store (see: Tools->Options...->Advanced [tab]->Maintenance->Store Folder). -- Cheers, Peter (Windows Vista Home Premium with Windows Live Mail 12.0.1606) "There are more things in Heaven and earth, Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophy." - Shakespeare --------------- "Mike Tuersley" <Mike Tuersley@xxxxxx> wrote in message news:BED764B5-3FF5-497B-AA2A-C88B7AE9A058@xxxxxx Quote: > WLM updated itself and I no longer have my mail folders -> just the Outbox. > Any idea how to get back all my folders the way it used to be? | | Re: Missing folders Hi Peter, No my account is there and, yes, the Message Store is in the default location. However, looking in that folder, there are no folders for Inbox and all of the other ones I am missing. Based on some other posts I see, this is a common problem that just started happening. I tried adding the folders myself but no effect. I can't even tell it to check for messages. "Peter.R" wrote: Quote: > Hi Mike, are you saying your e-mail accounts are missing? > (Tools->Accounts...) | | Re: Missing folders Okay, scratch that. Even though I am logging into my account and all my information shows correctly, I added my account again and all is back - go figure!
