Non US English

Is Microsoft aware that it is excluding all British, Australian, New Zealand
(etc etc) citizens from the spellcheck facility in Windows Mail? How
disrespectful to its international customers! This may be the final nail that
sends me to another operating system.

Re: Non US English

If you're looking for British English spell checking (so colour is accepted
but color gets a wiggly red line), use Notepad to open spell.ini in
%programfiles%/Windows Live/Mail/Proof/prf0009/2 and change lang=1033 to
lang=2057. For Canadian, lang=4105. Australian should be lang=3081, but I
haven't been able to get that to work.

Re: Non US English

Belay that last post. I just reread the OP and saw that it's referring to
Windows Mail. Is the lady aware that she's posting to a newsgroup about
Windows Live Mail, which is not the same as Windows Mail?
