RSS Feeds Problem

I'm having a trouble with my RSS feeds in Windows Live Mail. They don't
synchronize automatically. I have to manually update them to get the latest
feeds. anyone know how to fix this problem?

Strangest thing,

now all my RSS feeds are gone. All the links have disappeared The folder
names are still there, just the links are gone.

What a pain in the arse as now I have to find the 30 links again.

I don't have a real fix for this, but I did go in the Edit RSS Feed window
and checked "Show articles as web page, instead of summary" for the blogs tha
show the problem the most. The web page shows up within WLM and not in a new
window.
