Vista - Trouble adding email accounts

Just starting with Windows Live Mail. I was able to add my Hotmail account
fine. I have tried to add my Charter email which I have running through
Outlook. I have run a test by sending an email to myself at my Charter
account and WLM will receive it, both from my Hotmail acct and Charter acct.
However, WNL will not receive email sent to me by anyone else at my Charter
address. I also does not show anything I currently have in my Outlook
(Charter) inbox, yet everything in my Hotmail inbox imported when I added
that account. Can anyone help?

Did you receive any error messages? Double check to make sure you set up
your Charter account correctly. I'm guessing that it's probably a POP3
account and not HTTP.
Most websites usually have sections on how to setup your email accounts.
Setting up for WLM is basically the exact same as setting up for Outlook
Express. Follow that guide and make sure all your settings are correct.
