Vista - error 0X800CCC15: TCP/IP error

error 0X800CCC15: TCP/IP error

When I send a message, I get an error (error 0X800CCC15: TCP/IP error). The
mail gets stuck in teh outgoing messages folder. After a few hours (!) the
message is sended and appers in the send items folder.

Er is een TCP/IP-fout opgetreden tijdens een poging om verbinding te maken
met de server.

Onderwerp 'Re: woensdag'
Server: 'mail.chello.nl'
Fout bij Windows Live Mail, fout-id: 0x800CCC15
Protocol: SMTP
Poort: 25
Beveiligd(SSL): Nee

Thanks, new outbound mailsafe caused the problem. Taken it off !
