| | Can't receive mail with WLM I transferred outlook express settings from my XP desktop to my Vista laptop. No messages are coming to my laptop. I have no problem sending messages. There are no error messages present. I have occasionally noticed that "receiving ..." flashes before "no new messages" when I click send/receive. The settings for my account are the same on both the XP and Vista machines. I have also switched to AVAST in lieu of McAfee without any change. I would appreciate any troubleshooting suggestions. |

| | Re: Can't receive mail with WLM I am having a similar issue with Windows Mail. WM will not download messages from the server. There are no error messages. It claims there are no new messages. The account is setup properly, I can send messages. I have removed Norton and disabled Windows Firewall. Still no luck. Any suggestions?
