Can't move mail to Storage

I've a directory tree structure for email used for many years with OE where
I move both Sent and Rec'd mails on a subject to the appropriate folder
(such as Reference/Shopping/Media) once I've read them. Live Mail has
picked up the structure and all mail content, shown under Storage folders,
but now I can't move some recent emails from my Inbox into these folders.

Messages "An unknown error has occurred" followed by "The selected message
could not be moved. An error has occurred".

How do messages get to Storage from the other accounts?

Re: Can't move mail to Storage

Try creating another folder under "Storage folders" (right-click "Storage folders"->New folder...) and moving the message to that. Does that work?

Re: Can't move mail to Storage

What did work was deleting the mails; I was able to move them from the
Deleted folder to Storage no problem.

I've wiped the affected account and started with a clean sheet. Fingers
crossed.
