| Guest | Backing up Windows Live Mail folder >>> Restoring breaks VistaIndexer? Hi all, I'm new to Vista and Windows Live Mail -- for Outlook Express, I used to simply back up the store folder -- my understanding is that I can do the same with Windows Live Mail (is that not correct?). The problem is that, it seems, if I restore a previously saved copy of my Windows Live Mail store folder, Vista will no longer index it. From what I can tell, the "index this" flag for the restored folders and files changes from checked to unchecked with a pass through the backup/restore process. Is it not "ok" to simply back up the Windows Live Mail store folder? If that is ok, then how can I keep the same "index this" settings? Thanks, -Scott |
