How can I fix the misspelling of my name attached to my email addr

I have noticed recently when I get mail replied back to me that my name is
misspelled. ie. Roberta Gunther rkguenther@xxxxxx There should be an
e in Guenther. How can I fix this?
Thanks for any help you can give me

Click on Tools, then Accounts, then your email account, then Properties.
Correct it on this page, then click Apply, OK, and Close. This should
correct it going out; but to also correct it coming in, you need to ask the
senders to correct it in their Contacts file.

Re: How can I fix the misspelling of my name attached to my email addr

The real question is, which spelling of your name is registered with your
mail provider (which I assume is AT&T/Yahoo). You can't just correct a
misspelling if that means you will no longer receive email.
AT&T/Yahoo allows up to 10 sub-accounts, so you can add additional
accounts with any name you want, but they must be duly registered with
the provider.

The email address is correct.
The question is how to correct the display name.
Correcting the display name is not going to affect the receiving of email.

Roberta,
Is this a pop3 account?
Are accessing the account using WLM?

You're right. I misread the problem statement.

btw, Roberta, it's a bad idea to post your real email address in newsgroups,
the spambots will pounce.
