| Guest | help! I just installed windows live mail desktop today. I have a free msn.com account setup. I accidentally downloaded all my messages and I assumed they would stay on the server. I deleted them from WLM desktop and emptied the trash, assuming they'd still be on the server but that wasn't the case. I lost all my old e-mails. Is there anyway I can recover these messages? |

| Guest | Re: help! Not sure about the MSN side... but on the PC side, you might try Recuva to find the deleted .eml files http://www.recuva.com/ -- http://get.live.com/wlmail/overview "oking83" <oking83@xxxxxx> wrote in message news:6412CA63-0D78-42D6-ACFE-1DD7308514B5@xxxxxx

| Guest | RE: help! Are you using hotmail? I believe that Windows live mail and outlook express both delete http mail on the server when you delete it in the mail client. "oking83" wrote:
