BCC in French version compared to English version

Hi,
A slight annoyance...
The latest versions of Windows Live Mail seem to have an odd difference
between the English language version and the French language version.
In the English version, clicking New > Email message, opens a window and at
the end of the Subject line there is "Show Cc & Bcc" but in the French
version there is nothing at the end of the Subect line. Why? I know I can
get to Cci through the Tools menu so I am not stuck but I would like it to
be on the compose email window. I have looked through Tools and Preferences
in the French version without finding a way of turning on Bcc (or rather Cci
as it is in French) in this window.
Any ideas?

In the compose window, try
View - All Headers
