I wouldn't regard this as a bug; if you maximize the window (in XP), the
extra bits get filled. I understand that the title bar and so on are
rendered transparent in an unmaximized window in an effort to replicate
a
Vista-type appearance in XP to save having to code different UIs for the
two
OSs. Your screenshot captures the whole window, including the
transparent
bits.
