Receiving Double Emails

I am using Windows Live Mail and am receiving double emails in my inbox.
There is no Pop3uidl.dbx in Windows Live Mail to delete and start over. Has
anyone found a solution to this problem?

I am also receiving double emails and don't know why. It happened on two installs.

In Windows Mail, this usually means that either you or the sender has
set up duplicate accounts under Windows Mail or their email program.
I don't know if this also applies to Windows Live Mail.
