Windows Live Mail: Initialization Bug

Hi everyone! Does anyone of you also have a problema with Windows Live Mail
to Start? When I click on the Icon of WLM, it opens a little windows that
says: Windows is configuring Windows Live Mail or something like that. Then
it closes and Live Mail never gets to start...

Event Viewer (Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Event Viewer) might give some indication of the problem. It could be due to lack of permissions.

Is your OS Vista?
Does your computer have a computer name? (Control Panel->System->Computer Name
Was the Windows Live Mail install performed by an Administrator?
If Vista, what permissions (Right-click key->Permissions...) are set for the following registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Classes\WLMail.Url.Mailto

...and if "Special Permissions" are set for a particular Group/User, what are they? (->Advanced [button]->Permissions [tab]->Edit... [button])
