    The server has automatically deleted an important email from my credit card
    company is there a way of retrieving it?

    The only way I can think of would be to contact your ISP, who I presume is
    supplying your email account, and hoping that they have an archive of
    messages. Of course, if they do maintain an archive of messages that raises
    privacy concerns. It has been said, many times, that email is forever.
    Implying that all of our email messages, both sent and received, are out
    there, somewhere.

    What server..
    Your isp ? hotmail.com ?
    Using Windows Live Mail ?
    Pop3 or http account?
    Looked in the deleted items folder of the account or WLM Storage Folders\Deleted items
    Logged on to the account via the web interface and looked in the deleted folder ?
