Default account not holding in outgoing mails

My problem here is 3 accounts. Two with my name and the other a pseudonym
that I use in forums or other sites where I prefer not to use my name.

With the last version of WLM (12.0.1606), I notice that the default acct is
not being held. Any outgoing mail is sent with the name/address of the last
email account that was checked. I know one has to be vigilant and pay
attention to the small name tag at the far right, but it sort of defeats the
purpose of "default account". I dont think it was like that with previous
versions of WLM, since its never happened to me before, yet its happened
several times already since switch to the latest WLM. I mean it a bit
embarrassing to send out a serious mail to a client or boss with the outgoing
mail something like big-one@----.com.

Re: Default account not holding in outgoing mails

WLM will open a new message window with the account of the account folder
that you are viewing.
I my case, when viewing a 'Ron' folder, a message composition window will
open with 'Ron' as the sender.

Re: Default account not holding in outgoing mails

The older behavior you described is still true for OE and Windows Mail.
However, WLM always composes a new mail using the identity
associated with the currently selected account folder.

Re: Default account not holding in outgoing mails

As a suggestion for future builds, I think it would be nice to get a prompt
reminding us when the default email acct is not being held with outgoing
mails.

Cheers
