Come on guys... it has been a long time that the WLM closing problem has
existed..
Time to put out a fix..
When I reboot.. and use WLM it will actually close when I close it.. but
after a couple of uses it goes back to it's bad habit of not really
closing... FIX ME !!!

Never have had this problem myself. WLM closes fine. I'm on Vista Home Pro
32 bit.

Haven't seen this since they changed the behavior from minimizing to systray
to actually closing the application.
Which version of WLM are you running?

Yes, the workaround is to *check* "Upload Larger Images to the Web When Sending a Photo E-mail".

To access the links, you need to have Microsoft Communities set as your default news account (Right-click Microsoft Communities [account]->[check] "Set as default account".
