| Guest | Message Rule Does Not Work Hi, Do you know why if I have the email address ends with more than 1 dot, WLM will not run the message rule? e.g. If I have a rule that says move the message with "microsoft.com" in the FROM field: this will work if the email looks like this: abc@xxxxxx but this will not work: abc@xxxxxx |

| Guest | Re: Message Rule Does Not Work This is a known bug to do with the pattern matching algorithms used in WLM. Hopefully it will fixed with the next build. In the meantime you may want to try Winston's suggestion above. | Guest | Re: Message Rule Does Not Work I Just gave it a try. But no, it didn't work even the email was in the Contacts. It seems to have something to do with the extra "." (dot) in the email address.
